PER DIEM CME COURSES: The subscription fee is nonrefundable once you view any exam on the site.

ALL MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS: The subscription fee is nonrefundable once you view any exam on the site.  

LIVE TRAINING WEBINARS: Registration for CME training webinars includes replay. Therefore missing the webinar does not necessarily guarantee refunds. Refunds will be processed on a case by case basis.

IN PERSON TRAINING WORKSHOP EVENTS: Refunds are only provided with proof of COVID positive status.
